this is why I'm sometimes looking for simple solutions in such hot days .
I must tell you that cans tomatoes or can sliced mushrooms are part of the solution, and the taste remains the same.
Here's a pie that really requires a bit of work, with a little (not a hysterical) effort, and ensures you when you get it out of the oven that the effort was worth it.
Please notice that the rice is an important ingredient on this pie because it absorbs all the liquid and makes sure that the bottom crust will remain crispy and delicious.
Puff pastry meat pie
1 Package of puff pastry
800g beef mince
200g chicken breast mince
½ cup chopped parsley
1 canned tomatoes sauce
1 cup of rice
3 large onions, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons chicken powder
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
A quarter teaspoon of turmeric
1 hot pepper, peeled and chopped
1 canned sliced mushrooms
Half tablespoon sugar
Tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
1 egg beaten
prepare the rice according to the preparation instructions on the bag and set aside.
in a large Bowl mix the meat with paprika, chicken soup, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, chopped hot pepper, and parsley. Fry it for 3 – 4 minutes until the meat change his color. Set aside.
Fry the onion until slightly browned add the mushrooms continue to fry for a few minutes remove from heat and set aside.

Bake for 20 minutes until the dough gets a little browned and crispy.
